Why We Publish Our Engineering Principles 

We believe the way a company builds software should not be a mystery to the people paying for it. That is why our engineering principles — security first, performance budgets, scalability, transparency, privacy and quality code — are published on our homepage for anyone to read.

Principles that are written down can be challenged, improved and held to account. They shape how we estimate, how we review code and how we hand over systems — and they give every client a yardstick to measure us against.
