Most losses in self-custody are not cryptographic failures — they are interface failures. Users sign what they do not understand, send to addresses they cannot verify and back up keys in ways that guarantee loss.

The patterns we apply in wallet products start with human-readable transaction previews that state plainly what leaves and what arrives. From there: deliberate friction scaled to the amount at risk, address books with verified entries, and recovery flows tested with real users rather than assumed.

The guiding principle is honest friction. An irreversible action should feel irreversible. The interface's job is to make the serious moments slow and the safe moments fast — never the reverse.
